About Me

waywithwords: I am a mature student who loves life and lives each day to the full. I love all my family and they are all my first priority. I have many hobbies that I enjoy and my main daily task is caring for my disabled grandaughter Cheryl who is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is one loving and thoughtful person who never complains about anything. A great inspiration for sure. I love photography, writing short stories, sketching. computing. And I just love Blogging around the world. smiles. Now I have been selected for the Park's Committee.They want me to write out their fliers and all suggestions for the childrens activities. I am looking forward to this as the park is on my doorstep. These days too many hooligans hang around these playgrounds and it is not fair to the other younger aged children. Somethings have to change and bringing back the park keepers would be just great.

Story Writing.

I love writing short stories and if you enjoy them I would love your comments. Good or bad. I hope that one day I will have at least one publication, as I have already with a poem I wrote called A Summer's Day.

My Postcard Collection.

I collect postcards from around the world and if you too would like to send me one from the place where you live I will be very grateful. In return I too will send you one from my place here in England.

My Chi Dogs.

These beautiful babes are so loving and warm. I have wanted one for years and now I have two little darlings. Of course one is really Cheryl's who she has called Bambi and is the white one. My Pepe is the cute smaller one that is the beige colour.

They cry like a real baby and just love their cuddles and really are the original lap dog's. I cannot wait for the summer months to take them out on a leash. I know they will not walk too far but have a carrier bag specially for them.

My Favourite Author.

I love anything that my favourite author Charles Dickins has ever wrote. His love of helping others less fortunate shines through in his every written word.

He well instilled the rattling of Marley's chains, in:
"A Christmas Carol" and the journey into the past, present and future, to remind us in this increasingly materialistic world, of the danger that the essential spirit of Christmas would be submerged.
